Mountain View Hospital Named Among Idaho's 2010 Top Projects

Idaho's 2010 Top Projects Awards include our own Idaho Falls Mountain View Hospital with their $9 million dollar expansion!

PacifiCorp to Build Transmission Line

     Pacificorp may join with Portland General Electric in building a 210-mile high-voltage line between Salem and Boardman.

     The companies say a partnership would help control costs on the $825 million "Cascade Crossing" project, originally proposed by PGE.

Work on the Ashton Dam

A bypass tunnel on Henry's Fork River has begun.  The project, paid for by PacifiCorp which operates as Rock Mountain Power in Idaho, has selected w.w. Clyde & Co. of Springville, Utah, as general contractor for the first phase.  The three-phase project is expected to be finished by 2012.

North Wind Services, of Idaho Falls, an Alaskan Native Owned Corporation,

was awarded a $14-million construction contract to build protective structures at the Accelerated Retrieval Project VII Facility and over Pit 10 West at the Radioactive Waste Management Complex at the Department of Energy's INL.  The structures are designed to protect workers from the elements and keep radioactive materials dry until they are exhumed from Pit 10 West for final disposition.
