In April of this year, TVC entered into a cooperative agreement with the U.S. Department of Energy to support Idaho National Laboratory by augmenting the laboratory’s technology commercialization activities.  TVC's Idaho office will assist laboratory and other entrepreneurs in starting and growing their technology-based enterprises and finding equity funding.

Idaho State University is a Carnegie-classified doctoral research institution founded in 1901, educating approximately 13,000 students per year in more than 280 programs. It is Idaho's lead institution in health professions and medical education. ISU's seven colleges engage in a broad range of innovative research, teaching, and learning in the natural and physical sciences, humanities, performing and visual arts, education, engineering, business, pharmacy and technology. Meeting the needs of a diverse population, ISU offers certificates, as well as associate, baccalaureate, master's and doctoral degrees. As the state-designated leader in providing education for health professionals, ISU offers a solid education in a variety of health-related fields. 

Eastern Idaho Technical College, also known as EITC (pronounced "Eye-Tech"), provides high quality educational programs that focus on the needs of the community for the 21st century. EITC is accredited by the Northwest Commission on Colleges and Universities. The College is a State supported technical college created in 1969 to serve citizens in its ten county service area by being a minimal cost, open-door institution that champions technical programs, customized industry training, basic skills instruction, workforce and community education, on-line distance education, and student services.
